1: When is rent due?

Yes, your gate access will be de-activated upon not paying your rent. Once you pay and your balance is $0, you will gain access again.

Typically the system will automatically grant you gate access right away once your balance is paid in full.

No, we currently do not charge an admin fee.

Payments must be made via your tenant portal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and ACH/E-Check.  We do not accept cash or money orders.

No deposit is required.

Yes, future move-ins can be scheduled up to 41 days in advance.

 Yes. You can rent directly through our website or we can send you a rental link via text or email.

All rentals are month-to-month.

Yes. If you pay 6 months in advance, you receive a 10% discount.

We offer a 10% discount to all military, veterans and first responders.

Yes. Payments are made through your online portal, where Auto-Pay is also set up by default.

1: Do you have covered parking?

Yes. Availability depends on the size you need, and we can check that for you.

Yes all covered spaces are provided with 20amps of service to accommodate you in keeping the batteries charged. You can not run your A/C system.

All locations have a dump station, water and air compressor free for your use.

Our facilities are always fenced, and gate access is limited to current customers. Furthermore, our facilities are recorded with 24-hour video camera surveillance.  

Yes. Several of our locations offer uncovered parking for fleet vehicles, large trucks, 18-wheelers, and machinery.

Our Team and Management float to different locations daily so if we are not at a certain location that day, we are available by phone or email 7 days a week, 9am-5pm. If it is out of normal business ours, send us an email or contact message through the website and we will return your call asap.

We accept all major credit & Debit cards and ACH payments. Payments can be made online through your customer portal, where Auto-Pay is also available.

Boat & RV Storage

1: Do you offer 24-hour access?

Yes. Most customers receive 24/7 access once their rental is verified and completed. This allows you to access your vehicle whenever it’s convenient for you.

Yes. Our properties are equipped with gated access and monitored entry systems. We prioritize keeping your vehicle stored in a secure and well-maintained environment.

Yes. Outdoor storage is suitable year-round. We recommend properly preparing and protecting your boat for seasonal or long-term storage.

Yes. Boats can be stored on trailers. Be sure to account for the full length and size of the boat and trailer when selecting your space.

We recommend cleaning and drying your boat before storage to prevent mold, mildew, or damage over time.

Clean your boat thoroughly, remove any food or debris, and seal any openings if possible. Periodically checking on your vehicle is also recommended.

Yes. Customers are required to carry insurance. You can provide your own policy or purchase coverage through SafeLease, our integrated insurance provider.
